We love helping people of all ages become more focused, confident, get in great shape, and learn self-defense all while striving for black belt and beyond!

For the first class, be sure they're prepared by having them wear a t-shirt and sweatpants, and arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can introduce ourselves, show you the school, and have you fill out the preliminary paperwork.
